W elded mesh with ribbed is made by wire rod which steel No. is Q195,CRB550;CRB600H,Q235,HPB235,HPB300 and HRB400. T he mesh of welded mesh with rinbbed is 100x100mm,the wire diameter is from 5mm to 12mm. Welded mesh with ribbed is according to national standard GB/T1499.3-2010 . The tensile strength ' s standard value of welded mesh with ribbed is 550N/sqmm. The tensile strength ' s design value of welded mesh ribbed is 360N/sqmm. T he packing of welded mesh with ribbed is 1tons more or less per bundle with quality certificate.The mesh size is 2.2m*5.8m or 2.2m*11.8m,which size is fit to load in the 40HQ container can be 26tons more or less.

What is the material of the slab mesh reinforcement?
We adopt R250N,D500L,D500N,D300E,D500E as material to make the slab mesh reinforcement, especially D300E and D500E is seismic grade.

Firstly,we purchase the material from Steel Factory and inspect chemical composition and mechnical property of reinforcing mesh panel in our in-house laboratary according to AS 1554.3.
Secondly,the panel size tolerances meassure way as:

- Grade 250N is supplied as plain round reinforcing steel complying with AS 3679.1,exceptthe tolerance of the diameter and roundness dosen't apply it.
- For 500L steel bars,only requriement for wire diameter is less than 5.0mm is RekL≥500

- Panel size dimensions>6m in length,the tolerance is ±0.7%
- Wire diameter and mesh size measure and weld shear resistance test conformance to AS NZS 4761-2001 and as per contract.
- Weigh the each bundle weight to calculate each panel weight.
