Flux cored welding wire E71T-1 use CO2 welding titanium type flux cored wire. Cladding of high efficiency, all position welding technical technology performance, but also vertical downward welding. Applicable to ships, pressure vessels, machinery and equipment, steel structures such as briidges for low carbon steel and 490MPa steel welding.

Applications
Flux Cored Welding Wire E71T-1C is designed for use in welding low-carbon steel and 490MPa
tensile steels. It is widely used in shipbuilding, building construction, machinery & heavy
equipment, petrochemical, pressure vessel, steel structure etc.
Attention
1 Wire into the plant must be stored in dry conditions, can not open wire reel waterproof packing.
2 Welding shall be removed before welding suface oil, rust, water and other impurities
3 The CO2 gas protection, CO2 gas purity 99.98%.
4 CO2 gas protective gas flow rate should be controlled at 20-25L/min.
5 Wire extension length should be controlled in the range of 15-25mm.
6 Preheating before welding to weld 150-300 ºC, 700-740 ºC tempering treatment only after.
