Product Description
E310-16 electrodes are used to weld stainless steels of similar composition in wrought and cast form. It provides you with outstanding performance for the out-of-position welding of 310 type stainless steels, especially when ease of execution and fine weld appearance are required. The weld deposit is fully austenitic, and as such calls for minimum heat input during welding.
Typical Applications: head shields, furnace parts, ducting
Description:
1) Covering is lime titania tupe for welding of AISI(SUS)310S,SCS 18 and clad side of 18%Cr-8%Ni stainless clad steel.
2)The deposited weld mrtal has perfect austenitic structure.
3)Good mechanicalproperty and heat resistance of the depodited weld metal.
4)Redry the electrode at 250-350ºC for 30-60minutes prior to use.
